I'm starting to get emails asking if I'm o.k. so I thought I'd better post! Yes, I'm fine and I'll give a personal update at the end of this post (I still have a few emails to respond to - thank you for your concern!). I harvested some basil so I thought I'd share how I preserve what I don't dry. I freeze quite a bit of basil as the summer goes and then I use it as flavoring in soups ... My Kitchen
I guess all those fireplace photos I've been posting lately have shown a peek of my kitchen and I've gotten a lot of requests to show more of it. So here you go! This is the floor. Black and white marble peel and stick tile. We put those down when we moved in, gosh 14 years ago, and they still look great and I still love them! Of course I had to makeover that kitchen cart so it would fit into my kitchen (plus some things needed fixing). So when I saw this kitchen cart at Goodwill I grabbed it since ... New Dining Room Tray
Hi everyone! In the past few months, I’ve found two more trays to add to my collection that I have hanging in my dining room. I don’t have any hangers for them yet so I thought I’d place the smaller one on the black chest for now and added some some fun yellow faux flowers (Michael’s has so many that are 80% off because apparently summer is over and we should all be buying fall foliage). ...
