No, there is no limit to your downloads and your download link will not expire. You may download your purchases as often as you need, whenever you need them.

I don’t have a PayPal account. Can I pay a different way?
Sorry, but all payments must be processed through PayPal. However, you don’t have to use money from your PayPal account to pay for your order. You can also pay via credit card through PayPal.
How will I receive my printable?
As soon as your purchase is complete, you will immediately be given a download link for your purchase from SendOwl. An email will also be sent to you with your download link. If you don’t get this email, wait 15 minutes, then check your email’s spam folder (the delivery email will come from [email protected]). If you still don’t receive your order after that time, please contact us at help [at] ACultivatedNest.com.
Can I download my purchases on my mobile device?
Yes you can, but make sure you know where your device saves downloaded files. Also be aware that some products are delivered as ZIP folders. Which means that you would have to extract them first to get to the files. While this is easy on a computer, it can be difficult on a mobile device and may even require a special app. So overall, we don’t recommend downloading your purchases on a mobile device.
Can I sell my purchased files to someone else?
All printables on ACultivatedNest.com are for personal use only. Do not re-sell, re-distribute, or attempt to profit from the printables. Also do not attempt to claim copyrights to the printables.
I’m from the EU and can’t purchase any of your printables.
We’re sorry for the inconvenience, but the A Cultivated Nest shop is currently not open to any EU countries at this time due to VAT taxes. As a small shop, we’re not yet ready to deal with those tax complexities, but we hope to be open to everyone in the future!
Do you offer refunds?
Because we sell digital items, it’s not really possible to return a purchase. So for this reason, we do not offer refunds/returns. However, if you notice something wrong with your purchased file(s) within 30 days of your purchase, contact us at help [at] ACultivatedNest.com. We will attempt to fix the issue, and if we are unable to fix it, we will issue you a refund. The issue must be related to the file(s) (like corrupted files or missing parts), and not to software or hardware on your system. Before you make your purchase, please read the product details in full to ensure you have compatible software.
How should I print my printable?
If you purchased a worksheet printable or printable binder, regular printer paper is fine. For printable wall art, I recommend using card stock or matte photo paper. Glossy photo paper may also work, but could be too shiny if near a light, or if under glass.
When you go to print your printable, set the print size to “Actual Size” or “Page Scaling- None” or a similar setting. This is to keep from scaling the page when you print.
If you purchase one of our printable binders, you may also want to consider getting it printed and bound at an office supply store (though it’s definitely not necessary). Stores like Fedex Office and Office Depot/OfficeMax can print multi-page binders really quickly, and do pretty “presentation binding” like coil binding or comb binding. Contact your local office supply store for details.
I don’t want to print all of the binder pages. How do I only print certain pages?
In Adobe Acrobat, go to File- Print. In the print menu that pops up, find the “Print Range” section, and click “Pages” within it. There you can type in the number of a specific page (like “7”), a range of pages (“5-8”, for example), or several different individual pages and different ranges, all separated by commas (like “3, 5-7, 9, 14-15”). This way you only print the pages you need, and don’t have to go through the print menu several times.
