Easy Dollar Store Daffodil Wreath

By Manuela Williams

Here’s a super easy spring wreath I recently made from Dollar Tree daffodil bunches. It’s so quick and easy you don’t even have to use hot glue!

Who doesn’t love daffodils and don’t they just say “spring”!

Materials needed for daffodil wreath

Materials:

1. Daffodil stems from The Dollar Tree  (I bought 6 but only used 5),

2. Grapevine wreath (which I already had)

3. Ribbon of your choice

4. Wire cutters for the stems

cut daffodil stems

Instructions:

I cut each flower off the stem and then all I did was stick the stems into the grapevine. No hot glue needed! Start in the center and work your way out. If your stems are too long and poke out the back – just trim them shorter.

Use your ribbon to hand your wreath.

That’s it!

See I told you this was a super easy wreath. Of course, you can do your wreath with different flowers or take the flowers all the way around.

DIY Spring Wreath from Dollar Tree flowers

My original plan was to do the whole wreath with daffodils but since 5 bunches took me half way around this wreath I decided I didn’t want to buy more stems and that I would just do half (but it’s a very full half).

Also,  my grapevine wreath was already painted (one I used last year). I would keep it unpainted though. Painting made some areas of the grapevine stick together and made it hard (but not impossible) to insert the flowers.  Even so it was a really quick spring wreath to put together!

Hope you give it a try!

I love using the Dollar Tree to update or make new door decor for each season. I hadn’t noticed the daffodils this year, I’m using last year’s wreath since it still looks very good.

I really like this idea. I had no idea Dollar tree had such good looking silk daffodils, I’ll have to make a trip to get some!

I am sure the wreath would be pretty all covered with daffodils, but I like that you just have them on the bottom.

Easy Peasy just the way I like it!

Can’t wait to see real daffodils growing this year!
