Easy Toffee Fudge Recipe.
I love making delicious treats at home! Not only are homemade desserts, snacks, and candies a great way to save money, they’re also a great way to take control over what ingredients are in your treats. But sometimes making homemade baked treats can take too long, especially if you’re busy with back-to-school or holiday tasks. That’s where no-bake desserts come in, like this delicious Homemade Toffee Fudge!

This Heath toffee fudge is inexpensive and easy to make. Serve it as an after-school treat for the kids, at a party, or wrap it up and give it as a homemade treat!
Homemade Toffee Fudge
The toffee candy bits really make this fudge special. They add a delicious crunchy, buttery bit of toffee flavor to every bite. But if you’re not partial to toffee, feel free to leave them out. Without them, you still have a delicious homemade fudge recipe that’s perfect for gifting or parties at any time of the year!
Makes: 25 pieces
Prep time: 10 minutes
Chill time: overnight
Ingredients
- 12 oz milk chocolate chips
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 7 oz container of marshmallow fluff
- 7 oz can of sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 8 oz bag of Heath toffee baking bits
- Parchment paper
- Non-stick cooking spray
Directions
1. Line an 8” x 8” baking pan with parchment paper. Grease the parchment paper for easier release of the fudge.
2. Add chocolate and butter to a microwave safe bowl, and heat in 30 second intervals, stirring between each heat session, until fully melted.
3. Add marshmallow fluff, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla. Stir well.
4. Add toffee baking bits (reserving some aside for the topping), and stir to combine.
5. Pour into a baking pan, and use a spoon or knife to smooth out. Add remaining Heath candy bits.
6. Refrigerate overnight.
7. Cut into 5 sections, by 5 sections, to make 25 pieces.
8. Store in the refrigerator.
If you’re gifting these, remember that they need to be kept cool/room temperature or they’ll get very soft. Cellophane treat bags are a neat and elegant way to package these homemade toffee fudge bars for gifting.
