Sitting down for dinner with the entire family is something I cherish each day. We get the chance to talk about our day, what plans we have coming up, and it’s a great time to share some laughs too. I’m a garlic lover like no other! This garlic butter seriously goes with everything. You can put it on bread, add it to fish, top your steak with it or use it to flavor your favorite roasted veggies. I try to keep it stocked up in my refrigerator, so it’s handy whenever a need arises. Plus, it’s a great way to complete your holiday dinner table too!
Incredibly Easy Garlic Butter Recipe
Ingredients
1 bulb roasted garlic (follow this quick tutorial)
½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
½ teaspoon sea salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 to 2 teaspoons finely chopped chives or herb of your choice
Directions
1. Begin by roasting the garlic (here’s my quick tutorial on how to do it).
2. In a food processor, cut together butter, roasted garlic, salt, pepper, and parsley until completely blended.
3. Use immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container for one week. You can also place in a silicone mold to refrigerate in shapes. Allow butter to soften before using on bread. Butter can be used cold on baked potatoes, steak, etc. Enjoy!
