Left a comment but don’t know what happened to it. I’ll just say PINNING this time and keep it short and sweet. 🙂

Been looking for tasty tempting healthy smoothie recipes. I am losing bone and therefore my teeth. I take calcium but due to condition I was born with a month late, non-working thyroid, dealing with problems in later life caused by it. Have taken thyroid meds since I was 6 weeks old but there are still side effects. My bottom teeth are already gone and top to go. It’s getting harder and harder to find healthy food I can eat or drink. The solution for toothlessness is implants, no money for those so have to deal with losing my teeth. Thank heavens for blog land as I’ve accrued an assortment of smoothie recipes. #18 sounds pretty good. Thanks for sharing all of these.

I suppose you’ve tried finding a dental college?
I have smoothies every morning for breakfast. I always use kale and other power greens, some greek yoghurt, flax seed, chia seed, almond milk or coconut milk, pom juice, 1/2 an avocado, 1/2 a banana and a variety frozen fruit mostly berries. You can dump all kinds of things into a smoothie – beans, oats, it’s amazing really and I find them filling. Once a week we do smoothie day where we have only smoothies.
