By A Cultivated Nest Team

Jump to Recipe·Print Recipe

I love getting a molten chocolate lava cake as a dessert when we eat out! Something about the soft chocolate cake outside, the gooey “lava” inside, and some sweet, cold vanilla ice cream on the side makes it one of the tastiest desserts, in my opinion. But you don’t have to wait to go to a restaurant to get a chocolate lava cake! And you don’t have to spend ages putting it together! Instead, check out how I made this Slow Cooker Chocolate Lava Cake!

This slow cooker chocolate lava cake is a slow cooker dump cake! That means that instead of spending 30 minutes or more measuring, pouring, and mixing, you grab a few simple ingredients and dump them in your slow cooker! There’s minimal prep time, but you still get a delicious, freshly baked cake!
