As a result, you may have some days when you feel you’re too busy (or too tired) to make dinner. I love one pot dishes like this one pot sausage pasta because clean-up is so fast! There’s not a pot for the noodles, a pan for the sausage, and a baking dish for the broccoli. There’s just one pan and a small cutting board! Which means that not only can I make dinner fast, but I can also clean up fast afterwards and quickly get back to whatever I was working on!
