1/4 cup of granulated white sugar
1 Tbsp lemon juice
6 graham crackers

Directions:

No bake strawberry cheesecake in mason jars

1. In a mixer, place cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Blend until smooth. Set aside.
2. In a separate bowl, mix strawberries, 1/4 cup of sugar, and lemon juice.
3. In food processor, grind graham crackers until they are crumbles.
4. Cover the bottom of the Mason jar with graham cracker crumbles. Next, add a layer of cheesecake until the jar is half full, then add a layer of strawberries. Repeat the process until your jar is full.

This Mason jar strawberry cheesecake can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 7 days. This recipe makes 6-7 jars.

If you wanted to, you could also use this recipe to fill larger Mason jars. Since it’s no-bake, it’s easy to mix it up again if you need more to fill several larger jars.

This looks delicious. Can I freeze this? And then take it camping for instant surprises? Will it thaw well?

I’ve never tried freezing these, so I can’t say for sure. Maybe make one jar and try it to see how it thaws?
