Description

This delicious strawberry cheesecake is easy to make and looks beautiful in a Mason jar!

6 4oz Mason jars
1 package of cream cheese
1/2 cup of powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
12 oz of strawberries, sliced
1/4 cup of granulated white sugar
1 Tbsp lemon juice
6 graham crackers

Instructions

In a mixer, place cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Blend until smooth. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, mix strawberries, 1/4 cup of sugar, and lemon juice.
In food processor, grind graham crackers until they are crumbles.
Cover the bottom of the Mason jar with graham cracker crumbles. Next, add a layer of cheesecake until the jar is half full, then add a layer of strawberries. Repeat the process until your jar is full.
