While I love all the traditional flavors of homemade cookies, sometimes I get a craving for something that’s a little bit different. That’s where these Delicious Cranberry White Chocolate Chip Cookies come in!

These cranberry white chocolate chip cookies are perfect for all occasions. Every bite is sweet, tart, soft, and tender. You can’t help but have a smile on your face when you taste this amazing cookie. You can give them as gifts or keep them all to yourself! Either way, they are irresistible.
Delicious Cranberry White Chocolate Chip Cookies
Yields: 24 Cookies
Ingredients
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
3 cups all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup dried cranberries
2 cups (or one 11 ounce bag) white chocolate chips
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 350 F degrees.
2. In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter, sugar, and brown sugar with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
3. Add the vanilla and eggs; mix well.
4. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
5. Add the flour mixture to the wet and mix until combined.
6. Add the dried cranberries and white chocolate chips; mix well.
7. Scoop the cookie dough into round balls and place on a parchment paper (or silicone baking mat) lined cookie sheet. Leave 2 inches between each dough ball as the cookies will spread while baking.
8. Bake the cookies at 350F degrees for 10-12 minutes.
9. Use a spatula to remove the cookies from the baking sheet and let cool on a wire rack. Then enjoy!
