I love regular cookies, but sometimes I don’t want to take the time to form the individual cookies. Cookie bars are a great way to get the cookie taste you love, but with less prep time! Plus, they’re super easy to whip up. If the kids are home on winter break, have them help out!

These would also make a delicious Christmas food gift. Just brake this apart into neat bars once it’s cool, and put a couple of bars into a cellophane treat bag. Put them in a Mason jar or gift box to keep them extra safe until delivered to your gift recipient.
