It has a delicious, fresh taste, thanks to the strawberries, and is so good you may find yourself eating more than one jar in a sitting! Since these are so quick and portable, they’d be great for school food events, or for when your kids are having a lot of friends over! Or you could whip them up as a quick and tasty after-dinner dessert! They’d also make beautiful Mason jar gifts! Pretty much anyone who likes strawberries or cheesecake will enjoy these!
No-Bake Mason Jar Strawberry Cheesecake
Ingredients
6 4oz Mason jars
1 package of cream cheese
1/2 cup of powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
12 oz of strawberries, sliced
1/4 cup of granulated white sugar
1 Tbsp lemon juice
6 graham crackers
Directions:
1. In a mixer, place cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Blend until smooth. Set aside.
2. In a separate bowl, mix strawberries, 1/4 cup of sugar, and lemon juice.
3. In food processor, grind graham crackers until they are crumbles.
4. Cover the bottom of the Mason jar with graham cracker crumbles. Next, add a layer of cheesecake until the jar is half full, then add a layer of strawberries. Repeat the process until your jar is full.
This Mason jar strawberry cheesecake can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 7 days. This recipe makes 6-7 jars.
If you wanted to, you could also use this recipe to fill larger Mason jars. Since it’s no-bake, it’s easy to mix it up again if you need more to fill several larger jars.
