Great ideas! I am on the look out for a nice frame to make into a chalk board! I love that!
Lots of great ideas, Manuela! Half the time when I’m looking for frames it is just for the frame itself.
A lot of fun! I’ve been hanging empty frames for a long time. Think I first saw it in Country Livng in the late 80s. Glad to see it coming around again. It also works beautifully to add more presence to a smaller framed painting. I repinned the frame as a wreath that you pinned and it was repinned over a dozen times in the first fifteen minutes. I thought that I might find it here this morning. Hope that you get that housework done!
LOL! You know, when I looked at myblog this morning to make sure this had posted, I said to myself I forgot to include that cute wreath. Next time!
Love them all!! I’m sending your link to my DIL – they just got married and she’s becoming a happy homemaker!

Hi Manuela,
Thank you for the comment on the blog about the settee. Hey question for you. I want to ad a sense of whimsy to the settee by shaking it up as I bought a parisian broadcloth for the material in beige/black. However the base/arms of the chair I don’t want to do Black, or beige or white. What do you think would be a fun color to just through into the mix? I almost thought Robbins Egg blue or Turquoise.
Advice please! 🙂 I’ve included the blog post with the settee.
Thank you, Viola
I love the ideas you shared. The medallion idea was great, as those can be pretty expensive! Hope you have a lovely weekend.
