If you’ve never ventured out to try berry butter yet, now is the time. You may be wondering what you can use it for. Guess what! It goes well with all sorts of foods. Put it on French toast, biscuits, crackers, bread, pancakes, English muffins, and everything else you want to try it with. It’s completely versatile too. Easy Whipped Sweet Berry Butter
Yields 1 butter log
Ingredients
1 cup butter (2 sticks), softened
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
½ cup fresh or thawed berries of choice
Directions
1. In a medium mixing bowl, beat the butter with an electric mixer on medium speed for 30 seconds until smooth and creamy.
2. Add the powdered sugar and mix with the electric mixer until well combined.
3. Add the berries of your choice to the sweetened butter mixture. Use a fork or potato masher to crush the berries into the butter. Do not crush all of the berries; some can remain whole for added texture in the butter. Use a fork to mix the berries through the butter.
