Manuela, how very kind of you! Please enter my name in the drawing, as it would thrill me to pieces to win such a great gardening book. The pictures of your garden, as well as those of your lovely home, inspire me immensely. It was 70 degrees today here in the deep South…perfect weather for starting a garden or just daydreaming about one. Since I don’t have a Kindle (looking sad), nothing would make me happier than receiving a package in the mail from Amazon. Looking forward to seeing your foyer on Friday. Thanks again for your inspiring emails. ~ Jan

Wow! This would be a terrific book to share with my new garden club. I am a second grade teacher and each year my students have planted a small garden outside the classroom. We grow veggies that will be ready in September/October then the next year’s class harvests the garden and prepares a hearty soup and invites the now third grade students back to share in the meal. They enjoy learning and being part of the entire cycle.

Many students have indicated that they are interested in having a garden at home so this year, we began an after-school garden club. This book looks like a wonderful resource for the club as we help kiddos to build their first gardens at home. I would love to have a copy to share.. 🙂
