Creative & Inexpensive Organizing Ideas

I love the Container Store as much as the next person, but I really love it when I find creative ways to organize. Especially since I’ve been working on re-organzing my home this summer. Even better if the idea  repurposes something or if it’s an inexpensive organizing idea (the Container store can be pricey).

Great ideas! The dish drainer file holder is so cute! I like to repurpose and use what I have as much as possible for organizing–saves so much money. I like the Container Store too–so many fun organizing options.

You’re such a great tip junkie! I looked for the soup caddy at Pinterest to repin. The link was no longer working so I created one of my own. The fact that the desk orgqnization also has a candy dish filled with jelly beans is not lost on me! = D

The link on my Organized Nest page for the soda caddy works because I spent about 20 minutes trying to find the original link! I didn’t use a lot of good ideas because they had no original link or explanation of where they got the photo but I pinned them to that board. Most of the time you can figure stuff out just by the photo but in my blog posts I need to have a link.

I’ve been looking for milkglass vases & dishes that are large for a long time – no luck so far! I’d love to use them in my desk organization. The jellybeans look pretty in the cup, fortunately I don’t like jellybeans so it’s not something I would do :)

Such clever ideas. I have to say that with just the 2 of us, we have very little to store in our pantry. We don’t eat much canned or packaged food and we shop almost daily for fresh food. When our kids come to visit they complain that we don’t have any junk food on hand.
