Christmas is right around the corner, and I LOVE decorating my house! I wanted to have a tree in every room this year, and I was short a few. I have quite a bit of Christmas decoration stored in the garage, but not enough for all my rooms, and I didn’t feel like spending money to buy new things. I think Christmas is one of the easiest holidays to make DIY decor for. Just use green and red colors, maybe add some glitter or other shiny elements, and you have some pretty homemade Christmas décor ready to display. It doesn’t have to be sophisticated or look super professional. Just have fun, and enjoy the holiday!

Use what you have. So many of these trees are made of things that you have in your house. I love that I can upcycle items into something beautiful that has a new purpose!
Make your own creation. Take a peek at these ideas and come up with your own creation! Maybe you don’t have all the things to make one of these trees, but you can substitute and make a creation of your own.
Grab foam cones on sale. There are some things I always look out for in the clearance aisle, and foam shapes are one of them. They are so versatile, and can be turned into so many beautiful things!
