I don’t know about you, but I don’t want to heat up my kitchen in the summer! Yet I don’t want to stop making our own baked goodies. Enter the crockpot! I love using my crockpot and I know most of you do too! Since the temperatures are heating up, I thought I’d put together a few dessert recipes that you can make in the crockpot/slow cooker.
Scrumptious Crockpot Slow Cooker Desserts
- Convenient. Slow cookers are so easy to use and help when your oven is already in use. I love them for the summertime so they don’t heat up my house.
- Less Stress. Let’s admit we all love using our crockpots because we just dump it all in and wait.
- Not Just For Soups And Entrees. They are perfect for moist cakes, candies, crumbles, and even pudding!

I did not know you could make desserts in a crockpot.
Some of them look delicious.
Oh you can do all sorts of things in a crockpot. I bake quick breads in my crockpot in the summer (it’s so hot here that if I want to use the oven and not heat up the house I would have to do it around 5 am!)
