These all look wonderful and delicious! Trouble is,,,,,,, us Gluten Free people have to suffer and are not able to eat these! BUT……. I try altering recipes now and then so I can eat them. I have a WONDERFUL gluten free carrot cake recipe that I just tried and altered and it turned out awesome. I think you have requested that I send you any GF recipes that I make. So my GF carrot cake is on my blog at http://www.pinkpapercottage.blogspot.com. It was so good that our company loved it and I had to make it twice while they were visiting! Marilyn
