We love smoothies! I’ve mentioned before that we have smoothies for breakfast almost every morning and we’ll often have one for dinner if we’ve had a big lunch. Smoothies are easy to put together and so easy to change up! This strawberry and cream smoothie is so fresh and creamy! We use this more like a dessert or snack smoothie (only because we like greens in our breakfast smoothies) but you can certainly serve it for breakfast, lunch or a snack!

Strawberries and Cream Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 16-ounce package fresh strawberries
3/4 cup Almond milk creamer
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup ice
Sweetener of your choice, to taste (I used honey)
Directions:
1. Add all the ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth and frothy.
2. Taste and add sweetener, if desired.
3. Serve immediately or store, covered in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Shake well before serving.
This recipe makes two 8-ounce smoothies
Notes:
If you like a thicker/colder smoothie, you can add more ice when you blend it. And if you like it thinner, just add less ice or more liquid.
I use creamer to make it creamier but still keep it light. Any creamer or half & half will work too.
