My Virtual Home Tour

By Manuela Williams

Thought you all might enjoy seeing the virtual home tour our realtor has posted. Some of the changes I made I haven’t blogged about yet. 🙂 You can go to the gallery if you prefer to not watch the slideshow and you can choose the size of your photos.

The photographer was really nice and said she could spend all day photographing the yard! She actually wasn’t supposed to photograph the TV Room (I hadn’t even cleaned it or gotten the dog hair off the couch)!

Your home is Gorgeous! Of course I’ve seen bits and pieces of what you’ve posted, but it’s so hard to get a real feel that way. Love it! Why are you leaving??? it would be so hard. Your town looks so charming and your yard is beautiful! Good luck in whatever your next adventure is!

Thanks Lisa! Oh I’ve wanted to move for the past 8 years but timing has never been right for various reasons. I’m just ready for a change. Yes, the town is cute and we may stay in the same town – although we are looking at other cities close to Atlanta as well. We’re pretty sure we’re going to rent for at least a year. Hopefully something smaller with less yard to take care of 🙂

Everything looks wonderful, Manuela! I’m sure it won’t be long before you have an offer. Is it officially listed now then? Good luck! I’ll keep my fingers crossed you have a quick sale. : )

Yes, it is! We had people coming by the first day. I have no idea where to go while people are here since we have my daughter’s dog! Tomorrow I’m taking him to doggy day care and I hope that works out. He’s a rescue and needs lots of attention and I think he’s OCD (if a dog can be OCD). 🙂

What a lovely presentation! Your hard work really shows in these photos! I sure envy the person who ends up with your gorgeous home, and the results of all of your creativity. It’s beautiful!

That was fun! We seldom see the whole house, just snippets of what you have been working on. It’s a beautiful place. I don’t know how you keep everything so beautiful and still have time to create and blog. I know that beautiful garden must take a lot of time to keep up. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us Manuela:>)

Your home is beautiful Manuela and I know it will sell quickly. It was fun to see it all at once!

I loved seeing the whole house! I recognized bits and pieces but seeing the whole, wow, it’s gorgeous. I know some family will fall in love with it. Good luck!

I thought the backyard was fabulous. That large expanse of green…took my breath away. Your garden photographs so lovely.

It looks great, Manuela! I know you “neutralized” things a lot, but it still has a real flair and charm that’s reflective of your personality, and I think that’s a great thing! Fingers crossed that you’ll have a quick sale!

Beautiful! Its wonderful getting to see it from a different perspective. The perfect family is looking for this house right now. And when they find you, the next chapter begins. All the best on this adventure.

Awww thank you! I needed to hear that right now. Had a a not so great showing this evening 🙁

It’s so beautiful, Manuela. You have worked so hard to get it ready for the market and your efforts really show! All that painting! Praying that you get a great offer…how about a bidding war? Even better!

It’s a beautiful home. We know how much you love your home, and how much your personality was and still is in your home.

Praying it sells quickly and that you’ll find just the right one for your family.

Hey, you’re in Cobb County — so am I! Your house is so nice; I am sure it will sell quickly! I especially love the screened porch and back yard. What entertaining potential! Don’t feel bad about the not-so-great showing. I’ve sold three houses, and each time there were negative nellies that really rained on my parade. I had to develop a thick skin and simply ignore those comments. Good luck!

LOVE your house! I had no idea your kitchen was so long. Looks different with wide angles.

I’d buy it! I find the process of selling a house about as much fun as as root canal.

I loved seeing an entire virtual home tour, too! Your house and property are beautiful. I bet it’ll sell soon. I didn’t know your living room opened to the foyer and that you had a patio area underneath the screened-in porch (which I love!).

    • Manuela Williams says

      August 21, 2014 at 9:03 pm

Thanks Melanie! We don’t really use the concrete patio so I’ve never done anything to it. My house is a split foyer plan. So you walk into the foyer and then you can either go up or down. My daughter has the downstairs and we have the upstairs. So all the photos you normally see are of rooms upstairs. So essentially we’ve been using half our house for the past 4 years!

I love this!! I can’t believe your wonderful place won’t sell quickly. It looks so inviting and lovely. My favorite shots are the ones of the porch. (And I didn’t even know you had that wonderful area under it. How fabulous is that?)

So glad that I didn’t miss this completely with all mybusyness this week. We’ve had some oral surgery here (Miss Whimsy), and I have been attempting to be a nurse maid to a chipmunk.

Stunning. I love the yellows in your home and your yard is beautiful.

Your photographer did an awesome job of presenting the charm and beauty of your home, Manuela. That’s one of the best MLS slide shows I’ve ever seen. Now we’re all hoping that the right family sees it to reward all your hard work!

    • Manuela Williams says

      August 25, 2014 at 4:34 pm

Thank you. I think she did a fabulous job and it was fun to watch her work. She has a waaaay better camera than me and all sorts of lenses!

Your home is beautiful and will no doubt sell quickly. It is great that the realtor didn’t stage it to death. So many listings here in Ontario have no personality left once the stagers get through with them. Your home looks like the kind of home someone would actually want to live in.

Beautiful home! You can really get a lot of house in your area for the price. How wonderful that the new owners are committed to maintaining your beautiful lawn and garden. So happy for you!

Your photographer did a great job with the tour…what a lot of green space in the back! Beautiful house.
