Hi everyone! I’m doing the June Book Giveaway a few days early as my husband is actually off the next four days and we have some family fun planned. So no computer for me for the next few days!
I thought Paula Deen’s book Savannah Style would be a fun read for someone for the summer. I think it’s written exactly the same way she talks – down home and friendly.
There are lots of gorgeous photos to illustrate the different chapters. Photos by Debra Whitlaw Llewelyn
This is a collaboration between Paula Deen and her assistant/designer Brandon Branch. Each chapter has Brandon’s Style secrets.
As always, all you have to do is leave a comment on this post. You don’t have to have a blog or live in the U.S. This is a great time for all of you who have never commented to come out and say “hi”.

The pictures in this book are gorgeous. You're right, they put me in a summer mood. Especially the one with the seashells and burlap curtains, sigh.

I love the wildflowers! I did that once in an area of our yard that was very hard to grow things in because of being next to the pool area. Every year afterwards it reseeded itself so it was always a little different, but lovely in it's wild way. Maybe yours will bless you in the same fashion=)
