Happy Saturday everyone! I hope you’re all having a great weekend so far. I have a easy outdoor project today that would be great for the garden or patio – a DIY Fountain In A Pot!. This outdoor water feature is pretty easy to make!
This would be especially inexpensive to make if you already own a medium to large pot. There are solar pumps that you can get if you don’t have an outlet nearby. I know we bought one for another project a few years ago and it was under $20.

You can add a personal touch to this fountain by using a colored glazed pot the coordinates with your plantings or maybe adding some pretty stones or glass globes to the inside of the pot before filling it with water.

Great idea and perfect timing. We are getting ready to make our patio area larger (if the rain ever stops here) and this would be a perfect addition.

Oh I need to do this for the corner of our yard where nothing will grow! Thanks for sharing. Now to start searching for a solar pump…
