Below are 25 recipes for some favorite combinations: These are for a 10 ml. size roller bottle, and all should be made using the drops given first, and then topped off with a carrier oil, such as fractionated coconut oil, jojoba oil or something similar. If you choose a carrier that is scented, it can affect the overall end product, so you may want to consider that when choosing the carrier. Fractionated coconut oil is my favorite because it leaves no scent, has no sticky residue and it won’t gunk up the roller ball.

I will give the recipe in this format, to make it easy to follow – Name of essential oil and then the number of drops: i.e. “Frankincense 10,” so all you would need to do is to add those particular drops and then know that you will follow those up with the carrier oil, to top off your bottle, and then place on the roller ball and lid. Then, below each one, I will list one or more of the health benefits that particular blend will have for your body. These make thoughtful gifts, for men and women!

I usually get my essential oils from Amazon. It’s best to get therapuetic grade oils when possible. You can also sometimes find certified organic essential oils!

The beauty of making your own perfume roller bottle blends is that if you don’t like a scent, you can always adjust it – if one is too spicy, add a little more of the balancing oil or the carrier to even it out, or vice-versa.

And remember, while essential oils are very beneficial, if you’re suffering from medical issues don’t rely solely on them- see a doctor instead.
