Description
If you’re having a busy day, you should make this one pot sausage pasta for dinner! It’s a complete, quick meal made in a single pan!
Ingredients

- 1 ½ teaspoons oil
- 1/6 cup of onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 14.4oz can petite diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- 1 teaspoon herbs de Provence (you can substitute Italian seasoning if you don’t have it)
- ½ teaspoon of ground black pepper
- 14oz Polska kielbasa or favorite cooked sausage, sliced into bite size pieces
- 14.5oz beef stock
- 1– 1 ½ cups of water
- 12oz frozen broccoli cuts
- 12oz penne pasta
- mozarella cheese for garnish
Instructions
- In a pot or large deep pan, add oil over medium-high heat. Once heated, add in onions and garlic, saute for two minutes.
- Lower heat to medium. Add in sausage, tomato paste, diced tomatoes, salt, herbs de Provence, black pepper, sausage, beef stock, and water. Stir well to distribute the ingredients.
- Add in broccoli and pasta, return heat to high. Once sauce begins to bubble, lower to a simmer. Cover pan and cook for 12-15, stirring occasionally, until pasta is al dente.
- Garnish with mozzarella cheese and serve your one pot sausage pasta! Enjoy!
