Incredibly Easy Roasted Garlic Recipe

Description

This homemade roasted garlic is the perfect addition to tons of dishes! If you want to learn how to roast garlic at home, it’s very easy, and delicious!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 to 5 heads garlic
  • 3 to 5 teaspoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Remove paper-like skin from outside of garlic head, leaving cloves attached.
  3. Cut ΒΌ inch from the top (stem side) of each garlic head, exposing the top of the cloves.
  4. Pour olive oil over the top of the cloves.
  5. Wrap each garlic head tightly in aluminum foil. Place on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 55 minutes or until the cloves are tender.

Notes

To store, refrigerate the entire head in an airtight container or squeeze cloves into an airtight container, cover with a drizzle of olive oil, cover, and refrigerate for up to one week.
