Delicious Apple Pear Crisp In Jar

  • 3 medium apples
  • 2 pears
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • Topping:
  • 4 Tbsp. butter, cold
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup oatmeal
  • 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • Serves 4


  1. Preheat 350°
  2. Peel and dice apples and pears into small pieces.
  3. Toss apples, pears, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla together in a large bowl, mixing well to coat evenly.
  4. Chop butter, and place it in a separate bowl with brown sugar, oatmeal and flour-using a fork to mix to create a crumbly topping.
  5. Coat the inside of a pint mason jar with nonstick spray.
  6. Distribute filling evenly among jars, you will want to slightly overfill each jar as mixture will shrink down as it cooks.
  7. Place equal amounts of topping over each jar, pressing down onto filling.
  8. Bake on a parchment paper lined baking sheet for easy clean up.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes until top is golden brown and lightly crisped.
  10. Makes 4 servings
