What do you do with a rake that you can’t use anymore? One that’s rusty or the handle broke off?  Here are a 15 Fun Repurposed Rake Projects that are practical  & decorative ways to repurpose old rakes.

Remember that you can always spray paint a rake if it looks too old and rusty or if you need a particular color.

  • Door Wreaths and Decor. Take the handle off, or if it is already missing, even better. Grab some flowers, berries, greenery, or signs, and transform your broken rake into rustic decor for your porch.
  • Useful organization. Who would have guessed that an old rake could be so useful in the home? Clean it up and hang it on the wall for easy organization in the kitchen, bedroom, or just about any room in the house.
  • Thrift. Old rakes are something I see all the time at estate auctions and thrift stores. Pick one up, give it a good cleaning or painting, and create an inexpensive item for your home.

    I love all those incredible awesome ideas of ways to use old rakes, now if I could find one to use. Wonder if we have an old one I could say wasn’t usable anymore, want to make one of these projects.
