Refresh yourself with a glass of easy homemade lavender lemonade! It’s a simple drink that has bold, fresh flavors!
Ingredients

- 4 cups water, divided
- 1 cup dried lavender flower buds
- 1 cup lemon juice (may also use juice from fresh lemons)
- 1 ½ cups sugar
- Cheesecloth
- 4-cup measuring cup
- Canning funnel
Instructions
- Add 2 cups of water and the lavender to a saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat, cover, and allow to steep for 10 minutes.
- Place a cheesecloth over a 4 cup measuring cup, and place a canning funnel over that. Strain, and discard the lavender.
- Add lavender-infused water to a pitcher, then add 2 cups of cold water and the lemon juice.
- Next add the sugar and stir well.
- Serve cold or over ice.
