- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 2 Chipotle chilies in Adobo sauce
- *Optional- If you like yours a little spicier like I do you can add the following
- 1 ½ –2 tsp. Adobo sauce
- ¼ tsp. chili powder
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer to a glass container and chill 1 hour minimum before using to allow flavors to “marry”.
- Should last in refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
- Transfer chilies to tray, freeze, then place in a freezer safe bag for another batch or other recipes so you don’t waste the remainder of the can.
