Delicious Homemade Chipotle Mayo

Ingredients

Scale
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 2 Chipotle chilies in Adobo sauce
  • *Optional- If you like yours a little spicier like I do you can add the following
  • 1 ½2 tsp. Adobo sauce
  • ¼ tsp. chili powder

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender until smooth and creamy.
  2. Transfer to a glass container and chill 1 hour minimum before using to allow flavors to “marry”.
  3. Should last in refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
  4. Transfer chilies to tray, freeze, then place in a freezer safe bag for another batch or other recipes so you don’t waste the remainder of the can.
