Description
Making Muffins With The Mix: 2 C. muffin mix 2 eggs 4 tbs butter, melted ¾ C. milk ¾ C. fruit small fruit/chunks or berries – your choice (optional) #1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and spray a 12 count muffin tin with non-stick spray or use liners. #2. Combine the dry ingredients with the wet and fill each muffin about ½ way full. #3 Bake 15-17 minutes or until muffins have turned golden brown (cook times may vary depending on what you’ve added to the mix) *Makes approximately 12 muffins. Store in an airtight container 2-3 days or freeze up to 2 months.
