This cute snowman is just three different size grapevine wreaths spray painted white! You don’t even have to paint the wreaths for a more natural look or you can wrap the wreaths in burlap (can’t find the original source of this photo but here’s a tutorial for a similar one @ Crafting Mom)
Wrap some existing art work or frames with Christmas paper and ribbons. via BHG. I did this one year with a huge painting and I used it as my focal point on the fireplace mantle.
